CTI Car Group started with a straightforward frustration: too many Batswana buyers were losing money to informal importers who disappeared after payment. We set out to build an agency that does the opposite — one with a real office, real accountability, and a process a buyer can actually verify at every stage.

Over more than a decade, that approach has grown into a full-service procurement, import, and export operation spanning four sourcing countries, with every vehicle still passing through the same inspection and compliance checks we started with.

Most vehicles arrive within 6–10 weeks of purchase, depending on the sourcing country and shipping schedule. Your consultant gives you a specific estimate with your quote, and you can follow real progress through the waybill tracker.

We only import Japanese vehicles that are 6 years old or newer from their manufacture date. It rules out the vehicles most likely to have hidden mileage, undisclosed accident history, or corrosion issues, so you're buying with far less risk.

Funds are held in escrow and released in stages — after inspection, after purchase, and after clearance — rather than paid out as one lump sum upfront. You receive an itemized breakdown of every cost before you pay anything.

Yes. Every shipment gets a waybill number at dispatch, which you can enter on our tracker to see its current stage — Sourced, Inspected, In Transit, Customs Cleared, or Ready for Handover.

Yes. Our compliance team files all duties, VAT, and clearance documents directly with Botswana customs and BURS, and prepares your registration paperwork ahead of handover, so there's nothing left for you to chase.
